Sensory Processing Consultation
A Comprehensive Approach
Occupational therapy with a focus on sensory processing helps individuals develop skills to better process and respond to sensory information, improving their ability to participate in daily activities and routines. Our experienced therapists work with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
Professional Development Workshops
Expert Guidance
Our professional development workshops are designed to help families, teachers, and school staff better understand and support individuals with sensory processing challenges. Through interactive activities and expert guidance, participants will gain practical strategies to create a more inclusive and supportive environment.

Proud Ambassadors of the ALERT Program
At The SHINE Network, we are committed to equipping educators, therapists, and school communities with the tools they need to support every learner. That’s why we are proud to serve as an official ambassador of the ALERT Program®, a pioneering approach designed to help children and adults recognize and regulate their own sensory needs.
The ALERT Program®, developed by occupational therapists, introduces the widely recognized “How Does Your Engine Run?”® framework. As ambassadors, we integrate this language and philosophy into our sensory processing consultations, professional development workshops, and school-based trainings. Through this partnership, we promote accessible and inclusive strategies that empower students to better understand their bodies, improve focus, and thrive in both learning and social environments.
Whether we’re guiding teachers in understanding sensory modulation or helping school teams implement regulation-friendly classroom routines, our role as ALERT Program® ambassadors reflects our belief in collaboration, compassion, and practical tools that make a difference.
Let’s help every child learn how to get their “engine” just right—together.
